Dr. Niad grew up in the suburbs of New York City. He found his way to Oregon through a residency at the Portland VA hospital and OHSU. He graduated from SUNY StonyBrook School of Dental Medicine in 1995 and had undergraduate schooling at Washington University, St. Louis. He has worked with Northwest Medical Teams and looks forward to some trips abroad to provide dental care in less privileged areas of the world. Dr. Niad works in all areas of dentistry but especially enjoys the more technical areas of dentistry like endodontics (root canal therapy), oral surgery (mainly impacted wisdom teeth), and orthodontics.

In his spare time, Dr. Niad enjoys tennis (a former captain and #1 singles player in college), golf and skiing/snowboarding. He also plays several musical instruments including guitar, drums, harmonica, bass and piano. His 2 cocker spaniels, Max & Mugsy are the biggest fans of his music!

Dr. Niad is a member of the international association of orthodontics, and participates regularly in an endodontic study club.

Grant Williams, a native Oregonian, graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry and a Minor in Biology. He received his doctorate in dental medicine in 1983 from Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Williams enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially cosmetics, which he feels "will instantly improve a person's appearance and self-esteem. The quality of the dental experience must be one of comfort, trust, and realized expectations."

As a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Oregon Dental Association, and the American Dental Association, Dr. Williams continues his education at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies as well as other educational resources.

Grant Williams has two children, Rachel, 13 and Alen, 11. He lives in Neskowin, Oregon with his wife, Francine. Their family is active in church and community service along with the enjoyment of their dogs, skiing, crabbing, fishing and all outdoor activities.

Doctor Will Bailey has practiced in Oregon for most of his career, providing excellent dentistry with genuinely empathetic care for almost a decade. A graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1993, Dr. Will and his wife Michele fell in love with Oregon soon after graduating. When the opportunity to relocate presented itself they jumped at it. Since then, they have watched their family grow, with four wonderful children- Maggie, Evan, and identical twins Sarah and Sophie.

Dr. Bailey grew up in Maryland, and received his undergraduate education at Andrews University Michigan, with a major in Health Psychology and a minor in Biochemistry. During his Dental training, Dr. Bailey participated in dental outreach programs to Mexico, and after graduating spent some time in the Public Health Service and Indian Health Service. While practicing full time, Dr. Bailey has completed all the requirements for Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry; an organization committed to maintaining the highest standard in continuing education.

Dr. Will and Michele have been happily married for over eleven years. Besides his primary interest in his children, activities Dr. Will enjoys include mountain climbing, wind surfing, skiing, and playing a little guitar. He is a member in good standing with the Oregon Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.
